Chef Dennis Lott, a graduate of The Florida Culinary Institute, trained at “Chef Allen’s” in Miami Beach and opened “Allen’s To Go,” gourmet market. Relocating to Indian Harbour Beach, Dennis designed, and opened The Palm Café at the Kiwi Tennis Club as Executive Chef. Dennis later joined forces with Gina Pierce at Tuscany Grill in Suntree , where they received 4.5 stars from Florida and later opened D.I.G. Bistro. As Executive Chef of The Green Turtle Market, Chef Dennis Lott is excited to bring fresh, creative ideas to the top-rated gourmet market in Brevard and will proudly give customers his best.
Tim Dwight is a former restaurateur from Virginia who moved back to the Melbourne area in 1989. With assistance from his family, he founded the Green Turtle in 2000. He is a CWE level-member of the Society of Wine Educators and a Certificate Level Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
Rachel Bowman, a 10-year employee, is in charge of ordering all our gourmet grocery items. She was the assistant before assuming the Manager position in June ’19. She is a specialist in tracking down those hard to find groceries that you need to create that special recipe! Rachel is always available with great menu suggestions–or the ingredients for a special gift basket!
Summer Shaw is Catering Director at the Green Turtle. She has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, and brings a wealth of experience in both food and wine as well as customer service. Contact her to plan your special events and private parties, both in-house at our Grapevine Cafe (for up to 50) or at a location of your choosing.
Anne-Dominique Haas has obtained the Certificate Level Designation from the Court of Master Sommeliers and is a Certified Wine Specialist from the Society of Wine Educators. She is currently working on the next level, Certified Wine Educator and on Master of Burgundy. Originally from Switzerland, Dominique is fluent in both English and French and is proficient in German.

They are all true “foodies” and will share their knowledge of artisanal products to you, our beloved customers!
